Dear Friends,

            The Bicolanos have been celebrating Penafrancia Fiesta on the third Saturday of September, in the Bicol Region of the Philippines, and any place where Bicolanos live. The famous Fluvial Parade is the highlight of our celebration.

             Locally, the Bicol Association has extended the Fiesta to the next Saturday. On September 25, 2010 we will highlight the Fiesta extension with the Penafrancia-Little Miss Bicol Coronation Ball at the Grand Ball Room of the UNF University Center (click for map/directions). We are very honored to invite you to join us on September 25^th.

            You may prepay your tickets at $40.00 apiece.

            Looking forward to another grand celebration with dining, live music by Miss Evelyn & Rhythm n Motion, and continuous dancing on twin dance floors, we are
